Each vehicle will have a GPS modem attached to it, which will report back to a server every 15 minutes the location of the vehicle. Users can then login to ConstantTracking.com to view the latest vehicle location, where it has been and issue commands such as: Get a location fix, open doors, close doors, start engine, stop engine, etc.
